実生活での効果としては、ストレス解消、健康維持はもちろん、大人になってからでもできなかったことができるようになる嬉しさを実感できるのが気に入っています。
これまで指導させていただいたのは、子どもから大人まで、年齢や性別に関係なく楽しめるのがカポエイラの大きな魅力です。少しでも興味を持たれた方、一緒に身体を動かす楽しさを体験しませんか？

レベルは初心者～初級者対象で、基本動作や基本の蹴りを重点的に行います。

Once your lesson schedule and details are confirmed, pay using MeeCoo's in-site coins. Coins can be topped up anytime from My Page. After payment, a "Google Meet" button is automatically generated and shared with both you and your teacher.
5. Start your lesson via Google Meet from home!
When it's time, click the "Google Meet" button to join your lesson. Enjoy a wide variety of online lessons from the comfort of your own home.
